Refund Policy

We want to be straight about refunds, because our products are digital software paid for in cryptocurrency, and both of those facts matter.
The nature of the product
Our bots are downloadable software delivered instantly once your payment confirms on-chain. Once you have downloaded a product, it cannot be "returned". You already have the working files. For that reason, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.
When we will help
We are not interested in taking money for something that doesn't work. If you have a genuine problem, contact us before asking for a refund and we will try to fix it:
- The software won't install or run on a supported system (Windows 10/11, a modern Android phone) and we cannot get it working with you.
- The bot does not do what its product page describes. If a documented feature is really broken, it is our job to fix it or make it right.
- You were double-charged or an on-chain payment issue created a duplicate order.
In those cases, reach out through the contact page with your order reference and a clear description, and we will work it out: a fix first, and a refund where a fix is not possible.
What we can't refund
- "I changed my mind" after downloading. The files are already delivered.
- Problems caused by your exchange account, for example not being a verified merchant, an API key set up incorrectly, or your exchange restricting your account.
- Market outcomes. The bot manages your ad pricing within the rules you set; it does not guarantee profit or a ranking position, and results are not grounds for a refund.
- Payments sent on the wrong network or in the wrong amount. These may be unrecoverable on-chain and are outside our control.
How a refund is paid
Where we agree a refund, it is returned in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you provide, minus any network fee.
We would always rather solve the problem than process a refund. If something is wrong, tell us first.
