If you have paid but your download hasn't unlocked, on-chain confirmation can take a few minutes. Go back to your checkout page. It unlocks automatically the moment your payment confirms, and it has a "paste your transaction hash" box if it takes longer than expected.
If you're setting up a bot, the guides cover the API-key steps for each exchange, which is where most questions come from.
