This policy explains what TickBots collects, why, and what it never touches, by design.

The short version

Your exchange API keys never reach us. The bots run on your own computer and store your API key locally, in a file on your machine. Your keys are never transmitted to, or stored on, TickBots servers. There is nothing on our side to leak.

What we collect

To sell and deliver software, we process a small amount of data:

  • Order data. When you buy, we create an order record: the product, the price, the unique payment amount, the network you chose, and the on-chain transaction hash once you pay. This is what lets us confirm your payment and issue your download.
  • Delivery and abuse-prevention data. We log the IP address and browser user-agent associated with order creation and downloads. At these price points this is necessary to prevent fraud and licence sharing.
  • Licence data (for subscription products, when offered). A licence key and its expiry date, so the software can check whether it is still valid.

We do not collect your name, run marketing profiles, or sell data to anyone.

Payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency directly to our wallet addresses. We see the public on-chain transaction (amount, sending address, hash). That is the same information anyone can see on a block explorer. We do not take card details and do not use a third-party card processor.

Cookies, local storage and consent

The store itself sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser stores three small things locally: your light/dark theme preference, your cookie-consent choice, and (on the admin side only) a session cookie that ordinary visitors never receive. None of these leave your browser or profile you.

When you first visit, a consent bar asks whether we may also load anonymous analytics to understand which pages help people. Choose "Only necessary" and nothing beyond the essentials above is used; choose "Accept all" and privacy-respecting analytics may run. You can reopen the choice any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer. No analytics are loaded before you consent.

Who processes data for us

  • Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a CDN and DDoS shield, so like any visitor-facing proxy it technically processes your IP address and requests in transit.
  • Our hosting provider runs the server the store lives on, including standard server logs.
  • Public blockchains. Crypto payments are recorded on the TRON and Arbitrum networks. That is public, permanent infrastructure we don't control. The same transaction data is visible to anyone with a block explorer.

We do not use advertising networks, remarketing pixels, or data brokers.

Data retention and your rights

We keep order and delivery records for as long as needed to support your purchase, prevent fraud, and meet any legal obligations, then they can be deleted.

If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with similar data-protection law, you have the right to access the data we hold about your order, to have it corrected or erased (where no legal obligation requires keeping it), to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Because we collect so little (no accounts, no names, no marketing profiles), most requests come down to "tell me what's attached to my order reference," and we answer those through the contact page.
