Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of software sold on tickbots.com ("TickBots", "we", "us"). By buying or using our software you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the software.

1. What we sell

TickBots sells desktop and mobile automation software for cryptocurrency P2P merchants. Each product is a one-time purchase unless its product page states otherwise. A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your own trading activity.

2. What the software does and does not do

Our bots automate the pricing of advertisements you already run on a supported exchange. They connect to your exchange account through an API key that you create with read-only or ads-only permissions. The software does not, and by design cannot, withdraw funds, place spot trades, or transfer money out of your account.

You are responsible for your own exchange account, your API keys, your compliance with your exchange's rules, and the tax and legal obligations that apply to you where you live. TickBots is a software vendor, not a broker, exchange, or financial adviser, and nothing we provide is financial advice.

3. Licence and restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share the binaries or your licence with third parties. Licences and download links are issued to you personally. Abuse, such as sharing download links, distributing the software, or automated scraping of the store, may result in your licence being revoked without refund.

4. Payment and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency (USDT on TRON, or USDC on Arbitrum One) at the amount shown on the checkout page. You must send the exact amount on the correct network. Funds sent on the wrong network, or in the wrong amount, may be unrecoverable and are your responsibility. Access is granted once payment is confirmed on-chain.

Digital products are delivered immediately after your payment confirms. By completing payment you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content would otherwise apply, that right is lost once delivery begins. When something is really broken we still help. See the Refund Policy for exactly when we fix or refund.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep downloads and licensing available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the contact channels listed on our contact page.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Trading is risky and market outcomes depend on many factors outside the software's control; we do not guarantee profit, ranking position, or any trading result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickBots is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to buy or use our software. You are responsible for making sure that P2P trading, and the use of trading automation, is lawful for you in your country and permitted by your exchange's terms.

8. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in full effect.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
